My SM2000 PRO 2000a jumpstarters has been amazing. I use it to start my Chevy Express 1-ton 6.0L without a battery

I was in a parking lot this morning and a lady was asking around if anyone had jump leads because her car wouldn’t start. She asked me and I told her I had a portable jump starter. First time I ever used it too, and her car started right up. She was so grateful and said she was going to buy one herself lol.
Only downside was shipping took a little longer than I expected. Customer service said it was because of the National Day holiday in China. I’ve seen all those travel videos on TikTok during their holiday so I guess that explains it 😂. Note to self, don’t order around Chinese holidays next time lol.

You will never catch me getting another vehicle and attaching the cables from both sides. Its just too much for me. This one is so easy and simple. My SUV started immediately after I put them on the clamps.

Got the SM2000 PRO and it’s awesome! It’s got some serious cranking power—used it yesterday to jump-start my 6.0L Ford Power Stroke diesel truck without any issues. Just to be safe, I brought it inside today to top off the charge. Now I want to get one for my dad too. I'm crossing my fingers the seller can hook me up with a discount, haha!

This charger worked perfectly for 2-3 starts then screen went blank and nothing. Tried recharging to now avail. No light on screen. Dead. Then seller let me return it and shipped me a new one. It is a nice heavy duty charger with good ratings is the reason I bought it. So thanks to the seller for replacing this item with no problems.

This is a great emergency product to have in your car! I am planning on buying one for the whole family! My husband's truck died shortly after getting this, and it was a lifesaver!! It works very well, and is compact so it doesnt take up a whole lot of space in your vehicle. This makes a great gift as well! Would recommend to anyone!

This was definitely worth it. Easy to use. Not so big like some of the other ones. And works great.

The SM2000 Pro is lightweight but powerful. It comes with a nice case that holds everything in place. A USB-A to USB-C cord is included and it worked well. The battery pack arrived with a charge level of four bars (approximately 80%). It didn't take long to fully charge. When taking the jump starter out of the package, the screen looks scratched but it's not. Although it might not be obvious, there is a thin film that needs to be pulled off. The screen is bright and easy to read. It does not give a battery percentage however I have found that feature to be inaccurate in similar products. A simple bar readout like this one is fine. The screen also has icons to warn you of problems like a short circuit or temperature issues. That is a nice feature often missing from jump starters.

Using the jump pack is easy. The clamp jaws are strong and hold tightly to both the battery terminal (red) and grounding bolts (black). Note that the instructions are different than other lithium ion battery packs, at least the ones I've used. The instructions for those say to connect black directly to the negative terminal. The instructions with this Safemate pack say to connect the black clamp to a grounding location like you would with regular jumper cables. This is safer in case a spark occurs and the battery is off-gassing. The downside is that the cables are quite short so you need to find a ground that's very close. This is typical of portable jump packs so not a knock against Safemate. That said, it would be nice if the black cable was longer to accommodate this change. I would expect you could connect directly to the negative terminal if necessary.

The jump starter/battery pack has a rugged build, nice storage case, a good selection of features, and enough power to start most vehicles. It's also priced competitively. I've owned several portable jump starters and have used them many times for everything from my lawn tractors to cars and trucks. They are very handy to have. I really like this one and recommend it.

I am amazing with how well this work. I got it thinking I won't need it any time soon but ita always good to have. I am so happy o got it and charged it right away. I left the car baby camera on all night and in the morning when i went to turn on the car it didn't turned on. I remember I had it and I am glad I did I used it the battery life is still good it didn't consumed it all. Is small for you to keep in your car trunk. The charging time to the portable jumper is a little slow but honestly it works perfect when it needs to work and that's all that matter. Definitely worth the price.

Peace of mind! I put this is my daughters car. She spends a lot of time driving back and forth from home to school and work. It's nice knowing she can jump start her car in an emergency.

This is well build, sturdy and it look like it can get wet and work in the rain. It come with a 10 gouge wire that is a little weak for power on a truck but I still give it a five stars, just because it had good build quality.

The battery charger is really great!! I have brought 2 of them now.and they both work really well.and the price makes it even better.

now own two of these, 1 2000a and 1 3000a, these are life savers, I have needed one of them twice, both times I hooked it up, needed to wait about 1 minute and then tuned the key, both times the engine just started with zero problems, these things WORK! very impressed, small unit with so much power, they do more than just one start on a single charge even though it is best to charge it after each use anyway, I would defiantly buy again if needed, these things are the difference between making it home or sitting on the side of some road stranded

This battery Jumper is exactly as described. works great very pleased with this purchase. wants it is charged it will give you all the jumps you will need. I could not be happier with this jumper, the price was excellent.

This booster pack came in a nice storage/carrying case. It seems like it is a solid build quality. The directions were fairly easy to understand. Even without the instructions, the unit is fairly intuitive use. There is a light button to turn on and cycle through the lights on it. Likewise, there is a power button to power on the unit for battery charging, whether it be USB charging or boosting your dead car battery. All-in-all, this is a great unit to keep in the trunk of your car for those times when you need it. Not only that, but its portability makes it convenient for helping out a friend or a stranger in a parking lot that is suffering from a dead battery. The small size and light weight makes it easy to carry from your car to another. The case has very bright orange trim which will make it easier to find in the dark,
Again, simple to use, just plug in the jumper leads, connect to the vehicle and turn it on. The car will start right up after that. I am super happy that I can have peace of mind that this will be in my wife's or daughter's truck should they need it. Then they will not have to rely on a potentially creepy stranger to give them a jump start. This is a solid purchase.
