DISPLAY CODES & QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING

If your device displays an error code or behaves abnormally, please refer to the guide below to resolve the issue quickly.

Screen Code What It Means What to Do
Normal Voltage + 3 Beeps Connection correct. Ready to start. Proceed to start your engine normally.
E01 Reverse Polarity: Clamps are connected backward. Swap the red and black clamps immediately.
E02 Short Circuit: Clamps are touching each other or connected to the same metal. Separate the clamps and ensure they only touch their respective battery terminals.
E03 Over-Temperature: Device is too hot (>65°C / 149°F). Will shut down in 10s. Move the unit to a cool, shaded place and wait for 20 minutes before reusing.
E04 Under-Temperature: Device is too cold (<-30°C / -22°F). Will shut down in 10s. Bring the unit indoors or into a warm environment. Allow it to warm up before use.
E05 Low Battery: Unit battery level is below 10%. Charge the device for at least 30 minutes before attempting a jump-start.
No Display 1. Vehicle battery is below 0.5V.
2. Unit has entered deep sleep mode.
Option A: Charge the unit for 5 minutes, then short-press the power button to wake it up.

Option B: Perform a Force Start (See safety instructions below).

⚠️ IMPORTANT: How to Use Force Start Mode

If your car battery is severely drained (below 0.5V) or the device is in deep sleep, the screen may remain blank. You can activate Force Start Mode by following these steps:

  1. Connect the clamps to the car battery terminals (Double check the polarity!).
  2. With the jump starter turned on, press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds.
  3. Release the button when the screen illuminates to show the voltage and you hear a "click" sound. You are now ready to start the engine.
❌ CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING:
Activating Force Start Mode completely disables built-in short-circuit and reverse polarity protections. Any improper connection or operation can permanently damage the product, your vehicle, or cause a safety hazard. Make absolutely 100% sure that the RED (+) and BLACK (-) clamps are connected to the correct terminals before initiating Force Start.
