DISPLAY CODES & QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING
If your device displays an error code or behaves abnormally, please refer to the guide below to resolve the issue quickly.
| Screen Code | What It Means | What to Do |
|---|---|---|
| Normal Voltage + 3 Beeps | Connection correct. Ready to start. | Proceed to start your engine normally. |
| E01 | Reverse Polarity: Clamps are connected backward. | Swap the red and black clamps immediately. |
| E02 | Short Circuit: Clamps are touching each other or connected to the same metal. | Separate the clamps and ensure they only touch their respective battery terminals. |
| E03 | Over-Temperature: Device temperature exceeds 65°C / 149°F. | Move the unit to a cool area and wait approximately 20 minutes before reuse. |
| E04 | Under-Temperature: Device temperature is below -30°C / -22°F. | Bring the device indoors and allow it to warm up before operation. |
| E05 | Low Battery: Remaining power is below 10%. | Charge the jump starter for at least 30 minutes before attempting another jump start. |
| No Display | 1. Vehicle battery is below 0.5V. 2. Device has entered deep sleep mode. |
Option A: Charge for 5 minutes and press the power button. Option B: Use Force Start Mode (see instructions below). |
⚠️ IMPORTANT: How to Use Force Start Mode
If your vehicle battery is severely depleted (below 0.5V) or the jump starter enters deep sleep mode, the display may remain blank. Follow these steps:
- Connect the clamps to the battery terminals (double-check polarity).
- Turn on the jump starter and hold the power button for over 5 seconds.
- Release the button once the screen lights up and you hear a "click" sound.
Force Start Mode completely disables the built-in reverse polarity and short-circuit protection systems. Incorrect operation may permanently damage the jump starter, the vehicle electrical system, or create a serious safety hazard.
Always verify that RED (+) and BLACK (-) clamps are connected correctly before activating Force Start Mode.
