In the summer of 1999, our founder, Mr. Wu—a seasoned engineer with years of experience in hardware and electronics—experienced a car breakdown during a road trip. At that moment, he deeply felt the helplessness and anxiety drivers face in emergencies. With his expertise in electronics and automotive components, he realized that if he could create a safe, reliable, and easy-to-use emergency car tool, every driver could travel with peace of mind. Back in Jiande, Hangzhou, he founded Qiantong Hardware & Electronics Factory, personally developing and testing every cable clamp and emergency jump starter. By 2004, he had established China’s largest production line for automotive emergency cable clamps, and in 2017, the company was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
